About

*Drosera andersoniana* is a sturdy, perennial tuberous sundew endemic to Western Australia, notable for its basal rosette of leaves and its pink-white to red flowers emerging in late summer.

Morphology

It forms a basal rosette of leaves similar to *D. peltata*, and the erect stem grows to 8–25 cm (3–10 in).

Distribution & habitat

Endemic to Western Australia, growing in loamy soils near granite outcrops.

First validly published in 1909 by Alfred James Ewart and Jean White-Haney.
