A striking carnivorous plant, *Drosera arachnoides* is notable for its resemblance to the closely related *Drosera humbertii*. It is endemic to the provinces of Fianarantsoa and Toamasina in Madagascar.

The leaves measure 22-40 millimeters long, and a mature plant can develop a stem that reaches 25-45 millimeters in height.
