A compact, rosetted sundew, *Drosera dielsiana* is native to several countries in Southern Africa, including South Africa, Eswatini, and Mozambique. It was formally described in 1956.

South Africa (KwaZulu-Natal, the Free State, the Northern Provinces), Eswatini (Swaziland), Mozambique, Malawi, and Zimbabwe.
History & etymology
Described by Arthur Wallis Exell and Jack Rodney Laundon in 1956. The species was named in honor of Ludwig Diels, who authored the 1906 monograph on the Droseraceae.
