A distinctive tropical pitcher plant, *Nepenthes talaandig*, is endemic to the Pantaron Mountain Range in Mindanao, Philippines. It is notable for its unique pitcher morphology and its association with the ancestral lands of the Talaandig people.

History & etymology
The specific epithet talaandig refers to the Talaandig people, whose ancestral lands in east Bukidnon the species grows. The species was announced online in September 2012.
